Michael found his passion in technology in John Jay College. He helped jump start NanoExhibits.com, a website for nanotechnology event, meetings, and conferences. In addition, Michael was the nominated President for the Student Technology Association in New York.

Michael currently holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration, and he is planning to go for his PhD in Technological and Innovative applications. Gennadiy Kilimnik is a recent college graduate of the City University of New York with bachelors in Mathematics. He came to United States of America ten years ago with his parents from Odessa, Ukraine. He took every opportunity that this country had to offer. Beny joined TheInGuide in 2010 as a member of the marketing team. He has held multiple customer service and sales positions over the past years. Most notably was his work with Office of Personnel Management and USIS. Benny was employed with OJC as a file clerk and also worked on a team that transferred the hard copy website records onto computer systems. As an employee with OJC, he was an Investigative Inquiry Specialist and conducted background investigations via the telephone, during which she was awarded the OJC President’s Award for the year of 2000. He has acquired many skills over the years, including a true desire to provide great customer service, computer skills, team work, and a commitment to deadlines. Beny resides in Brooklyn, New York. In his spare time, he enjoys building websites and graphic design
